Build A Stronger Team
On And Off The Mat
Give your people more than another wellness perk. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a structured environment where professionals develop physical fitness, focus, resilience, composure, problem-solving and genuine team connection, while learning one of the world's most effective martial arts.
From company-wide wellness programs to private executive training, Roger Gracie Academy Frisco builds the program around the people who drive your business.

The Workplace Benefit
That Trains More
Than Fitness
Most wellness spending buys access to equipment. Jiu Jitsu asks something of the participant, and gives back across eight areas your organisation already cares about.
Training requires participants to stay present, process information and solve problems in real time.
Participants repeatedly meet a difficult situation, reset, and continue. That is the whole practice.
Jiu Jitsu teaches people to slow down, breathe and respond under pressure rather than react to it.
Every session presents changing physical problems that require adaptation and strategy.
People train together, learn from one another, and improve only through cooperation.
Learning a difficult skill and making measurable, ranked progress builds confidence that travels.
An active hour away from screens, meetings and inboxes, with nothing else competing for attention.
Practiced,
Not Discussed
Composure, adaptability and decision-making are standard items on a leadership agenda. They are usually addressed in a room, on a slide, in the abstract.
Jiu Jitsu is unusual because those qualities are not described. They are rehearsed, repeatedly, against a live and resisting problem. A training partner does not follow the plan. The situation changes every few seconds, information arrives faster than it can be processed perfectly, and the participant has to choose anyway — then live with the result and adjust.
It is controlled pressure, applied deliberately, in an environment built to be safe and repeatable. Everyone in the room is a beginner at something, everyone loses positions, and everyone gets better by being corrected. That culture is the reason it transfers.

Better People Build
Better Companies
Companies already fund these categories separately. Corporate Jiu Jitsu sits across several of them at once.
Mental Wellness
Gym stipends, wellness apps and stress-management benefits, usually taken up by the people who need them least.
Team Building
Offsites, workshops and courses that describe composure and collaboration rather than requiring them.
Retention, Culture
Programs that work best when people share something real outside their job titles.
We will not claim a percentage. What can be said plainly is this: a workforce that is healthier, better connected and better equipped to manage pressure can contribute to a stronger workplace culture. The rest is for your organisation to judge, and the intro session exists so that you can.
A Healthier Team
Is A Business Asset
Regular physical activity is associated with numerous long-term health benefits and is recommended by major public-health organisations as part of a healthy lifestyle. The figures below are published by those organisations — and by research measured on Jiu Jitsu athletes.
Roughly three in four working-age adults are not meeting the guideline your wellness budget is meant to serve.
The guideline is at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week, plus muscle-strengthening on two or more days. Three one-hour classes a week is 180 minutes, and Jiu Jitsu is both at once.
Oxygen uptake was still 44.2 ml·kg⁻¹·min⁻¹ as the round ended. This is a genuine training stimulus, not a novelty session.
Regular physical activity generally supports cardiovascular fitness, strength, mobility, healthy body composition, energy and stress management. Individual results vary, and we make no medical claims about any specific outcome.
The Executive
Edge
CEOs, founders and senior leaders spend their working lives making decisions with incomplete information, under time pressure, with consequences attached. Jiu Jitsu offers something unusual: a place where composure, adaptability and stress management are practiced physically and repeatedly, without a slide deck in the room.
Executive training at RGA Frisco is private by default. It is built for a thirty-year-old founder and a fifty-five-year-old chief executive alike, and it starts wherever the participant actually is.
- Private and semi-private instruction with a Professor
- Executive groups and full leadership teams
- Small-group training, scheduled around a leadership calendar
- Structured beginner onboarding before any live training
- Gi or no-gi, depending on the program
- Corporate billing to a single monthly invoice
