No. Belt and stripe promotions are earned and free of charge. Students should not have to pay extra for their commitment and hard work toward a well deserved promotion.

What is your promotion criteria?

We are a merit based promotion school. We promote based on progress, time and effort put in and attitude. The Professors and coaches evaluate each student according to their unique individual strengths, goals and limitations. Some members are athletic and are interested in competition, some are hobbyists, others are interested in health fitness and longevity, others in self defense. Others join to lose weight and get in shape, or to overcome trauma, bullying, anxiety and depression. Some may have physical and/or other health limitations. All of these are taken into consideration when promoting students on a case by case/student by student basis.
